We are a group of friends and family of Joe Curry Jr. who decided to honor his memory by having a yearly fishing tournament. Joe was an avid fisherman who truly loved the great outdoors, as well as making memories with family and friends. We are a non-profit organization, and donate the proceeds of our tournament to local charities. The first year we donated over one thousand dollars to Trout Unlimited. The next year we donated almost three thousand dollars to the Alzheimer's Association. Last year we split six thousand dollars between Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Rescue Our Furry Friends animal rescue. In the coming weeks we will determine the charity for 2010. We hope you will partner with us and help support these worthwhile causes. Joe would be proud of you!
About Our Friends:
We regretfully acknowledge the passing of our friend, Dustin Manning, (pictured above) who was a dedicated participant of the Joe Curry Memorial Fishing Tournament. Dustin truly loved fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors, as did Joe, and he will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
We wish to recognize Rich Royer, who owned and operated Brannon & Royer Septic Service. Rich provided portable restroom facilities for some of our checkpoints, free of charge since the tournament began. We have appreciated his generosity, and he also will be sadly missed.
We also wish to recognize Bob Allison. Bob helped with Fishing Tournament checkpoints in the past and was a good friend to many of us. He too will be sadly missed.

Special Thanks: I personally wish to thank all the Tournament Volunteers who generously give their time and talent to make this tournament a success. In this busy world I realize how difficult it is to devote so much time and effort to one project. It just shows how many good friends Joe had, and that means so much to the rest of his family and me.
My Heartfelt Thanks, Jeff Curry (Joe's little brother)
